About this Cocktail
Breaking into the holiday cocktail book from Imbibe. Saw this sparkler and just got my hands on some Cynar 70 and thought this would be a great way to start that bottle.
1.5 oz Cynar 70
.75 oz Ginger Liqueur
.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp 2:1 Demerara Syrup
Dash of Angostura Bitters
2 oz Prosecco
Mix all ingredients except Prosecco in shaker and shake with ice. Strain into flute or coupe and top with Sparkling Wine. I expressed a lemon peel as well.
