About this Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz reposado tequila
  • 1 homemade ginger beer (PDT recipe)
  • 0.75 pineapple juice
  • 0.75 lime juice
  • 0.5 simple
  • 0.25 Vieux Pontarlier absinthe
Preparation:

Combine and shake on cracked ice. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with candied ginger.
