1.5 oz reposado tequila
1 homemade ginger beer (PDT recipe)
0.75 pineapple juice
0.75 lime juice
0.25 Vieux Pontarlier absinthe
Combine and shake on cracked ice. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with candied ginger.
