About this Cocktail
Recipe basically lifted from Josh Sullivan. Josh does an awesome blog called Post Prohibition. I'm looking forward to tinkering with this one while I have the rum.
2 oz Red bell pepper infused light rum
1/2 oz ginger liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz ginger beer
Red wine float (I had an Argentinian red blend that worked nicely)
Shake all except wine and ginger beer vigorously with ice. Strain. Top slowly with the ginger beer and give it a quick stir. Float the wine. Enjoy
