About this Cocktail

Recipe basically lifted from Josh Sullivan. Josh does an awesome blog called Post Prohibition. I'm looking forward to tinkering with this one while I have the rum.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Red bell pepper infused light rum
  • 1/2 oz ginger liqueur
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz ginger beer
  • Red wine float (I had an Argentinian red blend that worked nicely)
Preparation:

Shake all except wine and ginger beer vigorously with ice. Strain. Top slowly with the ginger beer and give it a quick stir. Float the wine. Enjoy
