About this Cocktail

A nice mellow tiki drink from Beachbum Barry's Tiki+ app. Made with my home brew ginger beer. Made it a second time and decided it could use a couple dashes of Tiki bitters.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz silver tequila
  • 3/4 oz crème de cassis
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz ginger beer
Preparation:

Stir everything with ice cubes, then strain into a tall glass packed with crushed ice.

    Ooh Samantha liked this one, so I gotta remember it. I tried with and without tiki bitters. Better with, but I wonder if ango would have been even better.

    Just made one of these and used Espelon reposado and Fever Tree ginger beer -- outstanding!
