About this Cocktail

El Sol De La Rosa - my signature cocktail which I created special for Tahona Society 2017

Ingredients:
  • 40 ml Olmeca Altos Plata fat washed with Basil Oil
  • 10 ml Sherry Fino
  • 55 ml Lime-Dogwood cordial
  • 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • 20 ml Rose jam
  • Crust of Sea salt with dried rose petals
  • Half ring of orange chips
  • Basil leaf
Preparation:

1. Make crust on a glass and fill the glass with crushed ice

2. All ingredient put into shaker, mix thoroughly and shake

3. Fine strain into glass without ice

4. Garnish
