About this Cocktail

The White Cowboy

Ingredients:
  • 4 Chayote's, Peeled, Pitted and Chopped
  • 1.5oz. Tequila Chamucos Blanco
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 Limes, Juiced
  • Sugar
Preparation:

Chayote Puree: In a blender or food processor blend Chayote's with 1 cup of water (add more if needed) strain add to large pitcher.

Add remaining ingredients Chamucos Blanco Tequila, water, lime juice and sugar to taste. Shake. Double Strain and serve over ice.
