About this Cocktail
Homemade. Variation on Classic Manhattan with addition of Elderflower liquor. Slightly sweeter than classic.
2oz Bourbon or Rye Whisky
3/4 oz vermouth / Lillet Blanc
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
1/2 oz Elderflower liquor (adjust to desired sweetness)
Place all ingredients except cherry in shaker with ice. Shake and allow to rest for 15-30 seconds to chill.
Strain into coup glass and garnish with cherry.
