This recipe was procured from the Tiki Kon 2014 Iron Tikitender Class Recipes handout.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Coruba Dark
  • 1oz El Dorado 8yr
  • 1 oz Plantation Original Dark Overproof
  • 1/2 oz Apricot liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Okolehao liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz BG Reynolds' Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 1/2 oz BG Reynolds' Falernum
  • 6 drops absinthe
  • 3 drops almond extract
  • 2 heavy dashes of Angostura bitters
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour in strained into a tall 16 oz glass. Float 1/2 oz Campari. Garnish with a mint sprig, orange twist and a hollowed out flaming lime shell.
