About this Cocktail

We've been serving this version of the Elk's Own at The Whistler since early 2010. It's my favorite winter whiskey sour.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Old Heaven Hill BIB Bourbon
  • .5 oz Ruby Port
  • .25 oz Cynar
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Lemon
  • Egg White
  • Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur (rinse)
Preparation:

Rinse glass with Walnut Liqueur.
Shake. Double strain.
