About this Cocktail
We've been serving this version of the Elk's Own at The Whistler since early 2010. It's my favorite winter whiskey sour.
Ingredients:

1.5 oz Old Heaven Hill BIB Bourbon

.5 oz Ruby Port

.25 oz Cynar

.5 oz Simple Syrup

.5 oz Lemon
-
Egg White
-
Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur (rinse)
Preparation:
Rinse glass with Walnut Liqueur.
Shake. Double strain.
