About this Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Laird's bonded apple brandy
  • 3/4 oz spicy ginger syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice
  • Optional dash Absinthe
Preparation:

Shake, strain, up.

Spicy ginger syrup: juice ginger, either manually with a muddler or by running it through a juicer/food processor, strain out solids, add sugar and water to taste. To preserve gingery bite longer, add cayenne extract to taste.
