2 oz Laird's bonded apple brandy
3/4 oz spicy ginger syrup
3/4 oz Lemon juice
Optional dash Absinthe
Shake, strain, up.
Spicy ginger syrup: juice ginger, either manually with a muddler or by running it through a juicer/food processor, strain out solids, add sugar and water to taste. To preserve gingery bite longer, add cayenne extract to taste.
