About this Cocktail
Playing around with some 1800 and blanc vermouth and ended up here, a nice surprise.
2 oz. reposado tequila (or mezcal)
1 oz. Dolin blanc vermouth
.75 oz. pineapple juice
.25 oz. Aperol
3 dashes hellfire bitters
Add all ingredients over ice, shake and serve. Garnish with a dash of red pepper and fresh strawberry.
