About this Cocktail

Playing around with some 1800 and blanc vermouth and ended up here, a nice surprise.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. reposado tequila (or mezcal)
  • 1 oz. Dolin blanc vermouth
  • .75 oz. pineapple juice
  • .25 oz. Aperol
  • 3 dashes hellfire bitters
Preparation:

Add all ingredients over ice, shake and serve. Garnish with a dash of red pepper and fresh strawberry.
