About this Cocktail

Created for Pazzo Ristorante by Cody Blaylock

Ingredients:
  • 2oz House Vanilla Vodka
  • 2oz Cold Brew coffee
  • 1oz Rich Espresso Bar Syrup
Preparation:

Stir ingredients and strain into chilled coupe. Spray foam over drink. Garnish with Nutmeg and Espresso Beans

Espresso Foam:
4oz Espresso
3oz Cold Brew
4oz Hazelnut Syrup
3 egg whites
1/4tsp Xantham
Water to 16oz
Charge in Whipping siphon
