About this Cocktail

This was a creation I made for our weekly cocktail feature at the restaurant that I work at. I came up with the name because it was during the Easter holiday & of course the Fabergé Eggs. It is definitely a refreshing cocktail to have on a nice sunny day on the patio.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 Absolut Ruby Red
  • 3/4 oz. Grand Marnier
  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz. Cinnamon Simple
  • .25 oz. Campari
  • .25 oz. Grenadine
  • Splash of Ginger Beer
  • Mint & Orange slice
Preparation:

First start by muddling Mint & Orange slice in a shaker glass. Then add all ingredients except Ginger Beer. Shake & double strain into rocks glass and finish w/ a splash of Ginger Beer & candied lemon peel. Can also use a Collins glass if you'd like some more Ginger Beer.
