About this Cocktail

This starts a little fire with the 18.21 Japanese Chili and Lime Bitters but nicely puts it out with berries, spice and herbs.

Ingredients:
  • 1oz St. George's Botanivore Gin
  • .75oz Domain de Canton
  • .75oz Pimms Elderflower and Blackberry
  • .5oz 18.21 Bitters Rosemary Sage Syrup
  • .5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 8drops 18.21 Japanese Chili and Lime Bitters
Preparation:

Shake and strain into coup or cocktail glass and garnish w spanked Rosemary Sprig.
