1oz St. George's Botanivore Gin
.75oz Domain de Canton
.75oz Pimms Elderflower and Blackberry
.5oz 18.21 Bitters Rosemary Sage Syrup
.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
8drops 18.21 Japanese Chili and Lime Bitters
Shake and strain into coup or cocktail glass and garnish w spanked Rosemary Sprig.
