About this Cocktail
A drink challenge to create a cocktail to mimic a dessert.
1 oz. bourbon ( I used Jim Beam)
1 oz. Barrel-aged Luna di Ciara
(Equal parts vodka, amaretto, and galliano)
3/4 oz. homemade orgeat
1/4 oz. salt solution (1:40)
1 whole egg
Fee's Aztec chocolate bitters
Dry shake all ingredients except bitters. Add ice and hard shake. Double strain and garnish with a few drops of chocolate bitters.
