About this Cocktail
Ripped from "The Bar Book" by Jeffrey Morgenthaler.
1.75 oz. Scotch (I used famous grouse)
1.5 oz. Apple Cider
.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp 2:1 Demerara Syrup
.5 tsp Allspice Dram
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Add all liquids to mixing tin. add ice and shake. double strain into a chilled old fashioned glass filled with cracked ice. twist the peel over drink, rub rim. serve.
