About this Cocktail
December 2013 Julibox cocktail number two.
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 3/4 oz Xante Pear Cognac
2 oz brut champagne
Combine the lemon juice and sugar in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in Xante and shake until very cold. Strain into a large coup glass. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon twist.
