1.25 oz Carpano Antica
Bar spoon Fleur de sel salted caramel
Shake first without ice, then with. This ensures caramel incorporates well. Strain into a rocks glass charged with a daddy cube of ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. (Bitters not necessary in my opinion due to tea infusion)
