About this Cocktail

One of our oak aged cocktails off the spring menu.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Gin (pick a favorite floral/botanical)
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano
  • .5 Palo Cortado sherry
Preparation:

Build-ice-stir-pour into chilled coupe.

    I ran it with Aviation but wanted to do it with something more floral after the fact. No juniper bombs at least. It's a really nice apertif.
