Spring/Summer cocktail list. A riff on the Batida with added depth from aged rum.
.75 El Dorado 8 year
.75 Avua Cachaca
.50 Clement Coco
.75 Coconut Milk
.75 Black Rice Horchata
Dash of salt tincture
Add all ingredients into glass or mug about 13-15oz in size. Fill with crushed ice and swizzle for about 10-15 seconds. Top with more crushed ice, garnish with lime wheel and grated nutmeg.
