Spring cocktail menu 2014

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz El Dorado 5 year Rum
  • .50 oz Lemon grass infused simple syrup
  • .50 oz lime juice
  • Bar spoon macapuno (coconut jelly)
  • 2 dash Thai bitters or spicy bitters
Preparation:

Add ingredients to shaker, add ice, shake thoroughly, strain into glass with crushed ice. Garnish with mint and more macapuno. Enjoy
