I made this drink as a direct result of the over abundance of kumquats during the spring months in Florida. I wanted something that was easy on the palate but not too sweet and I think it all works quite well together.
2 bar spoons of kumquat marmalade
Quarter dropper of jack Rudy aromatic bitters.
Edible flower for garnish
Mix ingredients in shaker with cracked ice and shake vigorously and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
