1 1/2 oz. 114 Old Grand- Dad
1/2 oz. Cherry Marnier
1/2 oz. Gomme syrup
Peychaud rinse glass
Drop of absinthe
Two Maraschino cherries
Rinse chilled coupe with Peychaud's
Stir first three ingredients with ice for ninety seconds for maximum dilution.
Strain into coupe and add a drop of Absinthe.
Garnish with cherries. Cheers!
