About this Cocktail
Created for Valentines Day Menu at the Black Trumpet in Portsmouth, NH.
A sixth of a blood orange (one wedge) squeezed and dropped in shaker
.25 oz lemon juice
1 oz Haymans Old Tom Gin
.75 oz St. Germain
Sparkling White Wine (Blanc de Blancs)
Shake all but sparkling wine with ice and strain into chilled flute or coupe. Drop in a thin slice of blood orange. Top with sparkling wine.
