A true modern classic, the French Pearl was devised by Audrey Saunders of The Pegu Club in New York City.
2 oz gin (Citadelle)
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz absinthe (Kubler)
Gently smack the mint leaf and add it to a shaker; add other ingredients and shake over cracked ice. Strain into a chilled coupe.
