About this Cocktail
A really big, boozy cocktail. My take on Paul Ramsay's 'Anchors Aweigh' from the Galley Room - Melbourne, Australia.
2.5 oz Rhum ClÃ©ment Premiere Canne
1 oz Punt E Mes
.25 oz Maraschino liqueur
.25 oz Cointreau
.25 oz simple syrup
3 dash Fee Bros. bitters
3 dash Fee Bros. cherry bitters
Preserved cherries (I used bourbon soaked cherries)
Stir all but cherries over cracked ice. Strain into a large chilled coupe glass. Garnish with preserved cherries.
