About this Cocktail

A really big, boozy cocktail. My take on Paul Ramsay's 'Anchors Aweigh' from the Galley Room - Melbourne, Australia.

Ingredients:
  • 2.5 oz Rhum Clément Premiere Canne
  • 1 oz Punt E Mes
  • .25 oz Maraschino liqueur
  • .25 oz Cointreau
  • .25 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dash Fee Bros. bitters
  • 3 dash Fee Bros. cherry bitters
  • Preserved cherries (I used bourbon soaked cherries)
Preparation:

Stir all but cherries over cracked ice. Strain into a large chilled coupe glass. Garnish with preserved cherries.
