I created this cocktail for use at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort in Walland, TN. This light, sweet and earthy flavored cocktail is perfect for anytime of the year.
1.5 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka
.5 oz. Dolin Rouge Vermouth
.5 oz. Sage Infused Simple Syrup
1 dash of Fee Bros. Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters
1 thick lemon twist
2 Sage leaves
In a mixing tin with ice, add everything except the lemon twist and sage leaves. Shake until cold and then pour the contents of the shaker (ice included) into an empty rocks glass. Garnish and stir into the cocktail the lemon twist and sage leaves.
