About this Cocktail
Another little ditty from my Big Mouth takeover. Duke Ellington’s favorite cocktail was a Sidecar, so I put a fun savory twist on an amazing classic!
22mL (.75 Oz) Rye Whisky
22mL (.75 Oz) Cognac (Preferably Pierre Ferrand)
22mL (.75 Oz) Rosemary Simple Syrup
15mL (.50 Oz) Bauchant
15mL (.50 Oz) Lemon Juice
Combine on ingredients into cocktail shaker. Strain into champagne coupe with a sugar rim. No other garnish.
