Been dying to try making this Dave Arnold creation. Finally got the materials to clarify juice and it couldn't have been easier, well without having a centrifuge. Well worth the wait and effort.
2 oz London Dry Gin
2.75 oz Clarified Grapefruit Juice
1 oz water
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients and chill
Carbonate at 40-45 psi
Serve in chilled flute
Scale ingredients 5x and carbonate in 1L bottle, 10x for 2L bottle.
