Originaly created this cocktail for special menu at The Terrace Bar, Bintan Lagoon Resort.
45ml. Bombay Sapphire
20ml. Lemon Juice
15ml. Symple Syrup
2tsp. Raspberry Jam
Shake all recipes and pour into old fashioned glass full with crushed ice, garnish with lemon twist and a tea spoon raspberry jam.
