About this Cocktail
Made this of necessity as I had no Ginger Beer and wanted to make a Mule.
1 part Ginger Juice (with pulp)
1 part 1:1 simple syrup
4 parts seltzer
Make 1:1 simple syrup by dissolving 1 part sugar by weight with 1 part water by weight. You will likely need to heat to dissolve, then cool to work with.
Shake/mix your ginger juice thoroughly.
Use 1 part ginger juice to 1 part simple syrup to make the base syrup.
Use this ginger syrup in a 1:4 ratio with seltzer to make the final product.
