About this Cocktail

Ginger Citrus Vodka was made by infusing 300 mL Svedka Vodka for 2 days in porthole with 2 bags Ginger Twist Tea, 1/2 Meyers lemon (reamed, juice discarded), and 10 fennel seeds

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Ginger Citrus Vodka
  • 1/4 oz fresh Meyers lemon juice
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • Muscat Spumante
Preparation:

Combine all but Spumante in shaker with ice, shake and strain into champagne flute and top with Spumante (I used about 3 oz)
