About this Cocktail

Rum, rum as fast as you can!

A rum julep of sorts, great hit of molasses,

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Havana 7
  • 20ml Briotette Pain de Epices
  • 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • 1 dash Dr Adam Elmegirab's Teapot Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 10 - 15 mint leaves
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
Preparation:

Bruise mint and drop into julep cup, add other ingredients, half fill with crushed ice and churn. Crown and garnish with mini gingerbread man and mint bush.
