About this Cocktail

Nice dry scotch cocktail with floral anise notes

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz blended scotch (I used famous grouse)
  • 1 oz dry vermouth (I used Dolin)
  • 1 teaspoon absinthe (I used st George)
  • 2 dashes peychauds bitters
Preparation:

Stir all ingredients with ice for thirty seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist
