Current recipe

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz Hendricks gin
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1/2 saint Germaine
  • 2 drops celery bitters
  • Cremant
Preparation:

Combine gin, lemon, saint Germaine, and bitters
Shake with ice
Double strain into champagne flute
Top with Cremant
No garnish
