About this Cocktail
Twist on the classic julep, but made with rum and tarragon instead of whiskey and mint.
Summer cocktail from St. Petersburg, Russia
40ml of bacardi gold rum
10ml of bols mango liquor
10ml of rich simple syrup
3 sprigs of tarragon
Place tarragon in big highball glass (or julep cup), add liquor and sugar, gently muddle.
Fill glass on 2/3 with crushed ice and pour rum over ice.
Stir everything until cold, and fill the rest of the glass with crushed ice.
Garnish with lemon peel and tarragon sprig.
