About this Cocktail

I revised a pisco-Cointreau recipe of mine into a tequila-Drambuie one after learning from Misty Kalkofen how well those two pair in cocktails. I dubbed this one after a famous Mexican luchador who was the father of WWE superstar Eddie Guerrero and the father of the La de a Caballo move that the Iron Shiek later converted into the Camel Clutch.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Drambuie
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 dash Fee's Whiskey Barrel-Aged Aromatic Bitters
Preparation:

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
