Apple liquors and bourbons together is not a new concept. I played with recipe for some time and some one else finally finished it for me by adding Boston bittahs at the end.
1/2 oz cocchi vermouth di torino
1/2 oz Berentzens apple schnapps
3 oz Bulleit Bourbon
2 bar spoon full of diced Granny Smiths Apple
Dash of Bittermens Boston bittahs
1/2oz cherry juice
Muddle the apple, cherry, and cherry juice together in cocktail shaker. Add the rest of ingredients except bittahs and shake ( just enough to mix everything and chill cocktail )double strain into a chilled Martini glass and add dash of Boston bittahs garnish with a slice of apple
