From Miles Thomas at Tavern Law, Seattle. Mildly herbal, springy, and contemplative.
2 oz gin (Hendricks)
1/2 oz dry vermouth (Noilly Prat)
1/2 oz St. Germain
Squeeze of a lime wedge
2 dashes celery bitters (The Bitter Truth)
Lemon zest garnish
Shake all ingredients over cracked ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish and enjoy.
