A Relais & Chateaux hotel, chewton glen. My own tea based cocktail, smooth and fruity.
2 bar spoons Green Roubis Marabelle Tea
50ml Chase Gin
25ml Triple Sec
20ml Sugar Cane Syrup
50ml Cranberry Juice
2 dashed angostura bitters
Start by pouring gin, triple sec and sugar. Add tea leaves, then stir. Add cranberry and shake, fine pour into old fashioned filled with cubed ice.
