This years Summer Cup from the Good Spirit Co. in Glasgow can be bought premixed in store. It combines Old Tom Gin with a strawberry vermouth and the rarest of sherries brought together with Cynar. It can be topped with tonic, ginger ale, ginger beer, or any other sparkling drink(Champagne for the truly decadent) and garnished with whatever fruit and herbs you like.
25ml Old English Gin
20ml Dolin Chamberyzette
15ml Palo Cortado
Orange, pomegranate, strawberry and mint garnish
Top with Fever Tree Tonic water
Fill a highball glass with ice and add first four ingredients. Stir until chilled and diluted then add fruit and mint. Stir gently and top with fizz.
