About this Cocktail

We were looking for refreshing cocktails for a hot summer day and three popped into our heads! The rogue lemongrass is tart but refreshing, the gulf of Thailand is light and goes down easy and the coconut Campari has just the right balance of sweet and bitter and is great to enjoy poolside while watching the sun set! All use 18.21 bitters coconut lemongrass tincture available at www.1821bitters.com.

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz vodka
  • 1.5 oz St. Germain
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 4-5 drops 18.21 bitters coconut lemongrass tincture
  • Lemon wedge for garnish
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients and serve over crushed ice. Garnish w thick lemon wedge.
