About this Cocktail

Sam Ross recently made one of these for me at Attaboy. Originally he created this cocktail for the Dan Myers resto Hinoki & The Bird

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Hakushu Single Malt Whisky
  • 1 part Gran Classico Bitter
  • 1 part Byrrh Quinquina
  • Chocolate Bitters
Preparation:

Mix ingredients stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass with 1 large chunk of ice and garnish with a large swath of orange

    I didn't have Byrrh on hand so I tried this with Bonal and it was awesome! Will try with Byrrh soon. Thanks for sharing!
