About this Cocktail
The Rakish Bon Vivant and I devised this fall cocktail when challenged to make a drink with pomegranate juice.
2 oz Laird's applejack
.5 oz POM pomegranate juice
.25 Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
.25 oz Becherovka liqueur
Pinch of freshly ground cinnamon
2 bar spoons honey syrup or agave nectar
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe or over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a caramelized apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
