CT Restaurant Association Mixologist of the Year John Tsipouras of Grant’s Restaurant and Bar creates: Haze For Days

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Reyka vodka
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 2 bar spoons lavender syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • seltzer, to fill
Preparation:

Combine Reyka, lemon juice, lavender syrup and egg white, and dry shake until frothy. Add ice and shake until very cold. Pour into a tall glass over ice and fill with seltzer. Garnish with a dash of lavender bitters, lemon wheel and fresh lavender sprigs.
