About this Cocktail

N. Jarrett original from Clover Club, 2010.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Famous Grouse
  • 1/2 oz. Galliano
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. clover honey syrup
  • Dash absinthe
  • Cucumber disk.
Preparation:

Muddle cucumber in honey and absinthe. Combine other ingredients. Dry shake, fine strain into large wine glass over crushed ice. Float 3/4 ruby port on top. Two straws, no garnish.
