Hedgerow Mojito

About this Cocktail

Made this 4 years ago after being inspired by what grows in the hedgerows in Dorset, I've used spirits that are easy to get hold of so other bars can use it.

Ingredients:
  • 40ml St Germain
  • 20ml Sipsmith Sloe gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 12.5ml gomme
  • Small handful of mint
  • Seasonal berries to decorate
Preparation:

In a sling/catalina add the lemon juice, sugar and mint, top with crushed ice and pour in the St Germain, give this a good churn and then top off wth crushed ice. Finally pour in the Sipsmith sloe gin and garnish with seasonal berries and a spanked mint sprig.
