Dash Fee Bros Old Fashion bitters
2 dashes Angostura
1 tsp Demerara (2:1)
Large orange peel
3 oz Hudson Valley Small Batch Pear Brandy
Nocino rinsed glass
Combine bitters, demerara and orange peel in a mixing glass, lightly muddle. Add pear brandy and three good cubes, give a quick stir and flip into a heavily Nocino rinsed old fashioned glass. Express lemon twist and serve.
