This drink is on my current drink list that I developed a few months ago. This drink should be drank from the side so that the cream and liquor mix in your mouth.
3/4 oz brandy
3/4 oz Red Stag honey tea
3/4 oz Leopold brothers blackberry, or a comparable cordial
4 oz heavy cream
1 dash of angostura bitters
Combine brandy, whiskey, and cordial in an old fashioned glass. Stir to mix. Fill with ice. Hand whip the heavy cream until thick enough to layer. Pour the cream into the glass and it should layer on its own. Dash the bitters on top for some aromatics.
