About this Cocktail
My original cocktail made at Chambers Eat + Drink. An approachable, refreshing, and light tequila cocktail.
1 1/2 oz blanco tequila
1/2 oz lemon
1/2 oz lime
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz house made hibiscus tea
Combine all ingredients with ice in shaker, except beer. Shake and strain over new ice in Collins glass. Fill with ginger beer.
